Camp and Childcare Facility Group Inquiries
Monday – Thursday
- Ages 1-5 years old: $11.99
- Ages 6-16 years old: $13.99
- 1 free adult per child
- Additional adults (if exceeding number of kids): $5.99
- Jump City grip socks: $3.50
Friday
- Ages 1-5 years old: $16.95
- Ages 6-16 years old: $20.99
- 1 free adult per child
- Additional adults (if exceeding number of kids): $6.99
- Jump City grip socks: $3.50
Group Deposit & Payment
- Deposit of $250 + tax is required to secure your booking
- Deposit invoice available upon request
- Remaining balance to be paid on the day of the event, for which an accurate invoice will be provided

Group Booking Notes
- Please note that we do note take bookings for groups of under 35 kids
- To inquire, please email us at info@thejumpcity.ca and our team will get back to you as soon as possible
- A confirmation email will be sent to you once a deposit has been made
- A copy of the deposit receipt will be emailed to you along with an invoice upon request
- Deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied to another day if you may need to reschedule
- An accurate invoice will be provided on the day of the event
- Please note that we cannot guarantee a room unless it has been confirmed during booking
- All children ages 1-16 years old must wear Jump City grip socks
- All adults must wear socks as we are a socks only facility
- Waivers must be signed & brought in upon arrival in physical copy form
- We do not take camp reservations during weekends and Holidays
- We do not take walk-in groups of over 35 kids
- Admission includes trampoline attractions, basketball, ninja course, toddler area, laser tag, rock climbing, & jungle gym
- Arcade games are additional and optional
- Please note that we may have other camps attending that day and time
- Please give us at least 3 days notice if you would like to order from our menu, which can be found on our website on the “Food Menu” page
- Please give us at least 3 days notice if you would like to cancel or reschedule your booking
- Please help keep our facility safe and clean
