JUMP CITY POLICIES

Daily Admission

  • All children entering the playground must wear Jump City grip socks at all times
  • All adults entering the playground must wear socks at all times
  • All daily admissions are one time entries. No in and out privileges
  • Adult (18+) supervision is required at all times
  • Please remove shoes, loose clothing and jewelry to prevent hazards
  • No outside food, snacks, or drinks allowed
  • In case of food intolerance and allergies, please ask to speak with a manager
  • Water is allowed
  • No nuts allowed. We are a nut free facility
  • No food, snacks, or drinks allowed in the play areas
  • No glass, bottles, or sharp objects in the play areas
  • No climbing up slides, nettings, walls, or poles in the play areas
  • No rough play, bullying, aggression, or yelling permitted
  • Please wash hands before entering the play areas
  • No bicycles, roller skates, skateboards, hoverboards, or scooters permitted inside
  • Please keep balls in the designated play areas
  • No pets allowed. Please ask to speak with a manager if you have a service animal
  • In case of an emergency, call 911 immediately
  • Play equipment is intended for ages 1-16 years old
  • Please be mindful or smaller children
  • Toddler area is strictly intended for children ages 4 and under
  • Please notify management if any concerns or problems occur
  • Please note any yelling, disrespect, or aggression towards staff could result in suspension from the playground. We reserve the right to serve

Birthday Bookings

  • All bookings can be made in person or through our website at thejumpcity.ca
  • A non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure a booking
  • Deposits can be used towards another booking within a year if you may need to reschedule your original booking
  • Jump City grip socks are mandatory for participants ages 1-16 years old
  • Participants over the age of 16 must wear socks to enter the facility
  • No outside food, snacks, or drinks allowed. Water is permitted
  • Participants above the age of one are considered as guests
  • Please note that we are able to upgrade your package, but not able to downgrade
  • Please help keep our facility clean. We do not allow pinatas and any decorations that may damage the walls

Camp & Group Bookings

  • All bookings can be made in person or through email at info@thejumpcity.ca
  • Group rates available for school or child care facility groups of 35 or more kids
  • Please view pricing on the group pricing page
  • A non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure a booking
  • Deposits can be used towards another booking within a year if your group may need to reschedule your original booking
  • Jump City grip socks are mandatory for participants ages 1-16 years old
  • Participants over the age of 16 must wear socks to enter the facility
  • Adult (18+) supervision is required at all times

Event Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be done through email at info@thejumpcity.ca
  • Please be mindful of the 3 day cancellation policy
  • Any event to be canceled at least 3 days in advance to the original booking date
  • We understand emergencies pop up. If you have a last minute Birthday cancellation, please confirm with our staff if your Birthday cake is ready for pick up
  • A cancellation email confirmation will be sent to you

Grip socks

  • All participants ages 1-16 years old must wear Jump City grip socks to enter the facility
  • All participants over the age of 16 must be wearing socks to enter the facility
  • We are a sock only facility
