Yes. Jump City grip socks are mandatory for ages 1-16 years old. We cannot accept grip socks from other companies as our waiver only covers Jump City and Jump City products.

Jump City has a strict no outside food policy. This means no outside food, snacks, or drinks except for water. Please speak to a manager in cases of food allergies or intolerances. Please note that we are able to make food accommodations in our kitchen as our chefs cook everything fresh, and in house. Guests are allowed to bring in baby food and formula for babies ages 1 and under.

Our Birthday packages are based on the number of kids you are inviting. Packages information can be found in store or on our website at Thejumpcity.ca under the “Pricing” page. Please note that when selecting a package, you can always upgrade but cannot downgrade. Once you have chosen the best suitable package for your child’s Birthday, you can reach out to us via phone, email, or in person to further discuss available dates and time slots. Each package comes with a private party room. Party room time slots are 2-3 hours depending on which package you have selected. Within these 2-3 hours, you will be given a party host who will set up the room with table covers, plates, napkins, and cutlery. She will also serve your pizzas, cake, and drinks, as well as clean up once your time slot is up. Please note that due to the fact that we may have parties booked before and after your event, time slots cannot be changed or extended. In order to secure a booking, In order to secure a booking, a deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to another date if for any reason you may need to reschedule. Once a booking has been made, you will receive a confirmation email along with your e-invitations, and food menu. Any additional changes can be done by responding to the confirmation email or contacting the store.

Yes we do! Please call or email us with the name of your organization, the number of children attending from ages 1-5 years old and 6-16 years old. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the available dates and time slots. We are not able to take group bookings on weekends and Holidays. Please note that bookings are not secured unless a deposit of $250 + tax has been made over the phone or in person. All deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to another date if for any reason you may need to reschedule.

Can I leave my children alone at Jump City?2022-12-20T18:36:01-04:00

No you cannot leave your children unattended at our facility. A parent or guardian above the age of 18 must be present to supervise the child(ren) at all times.

Can I come back if I have left the facility?2022-12-20T18:36:24-04:00

Our admission passes are all day, one time entry. Please note that once you leave the building and if you choose to come back, you will be required to purchase another admission pass. However, once you have purchased your admission pass you are welcome to stay in the facility all day till closing hours.

Yes we do! Jump City has a kitchen where our chefs prepare all the food fresh and in house. Please advise our chefs if you or your child have any food intolerances or allergies. Please also note that our chefs will do their best to make sure we meet your food accommodations.

You are welcome to access the online waiver portal on our website at Thejumpcity.ca under the “Waiver” page. You could also sign the waiver here at our facility upon arrival. We offer digital waivers that will be stored in our system, which can be reused for your next visit or paper waiver forms that are valid for a period of 24 hours.

Our all day admission pass includes ninja course, trampoline attractions (interactive trampoline games, basketball, dodgeball, and foam pit), rock climbing, toddler area (for ages 5 and under), laser tag, and the jungle gym. Arcade games are additional and optional. Jump City grip socks are mandatory for ages 1-16 years old and are not included in the admission fee.

Jump City is open from 12:00 pm-8:00 pm Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am-9:00 pm Friday and Saturday, and 10:00 am-8:00 pm on Sunday and Holidays. Jump City has a strict no pet or animal policy. However, in the case of a service dog, guests are allowed to bring in their service dog with the proof of a Service Dog Certification. Jump City follows the Ontario law regarding service animals.

We currently have 2 locations. Jump City Scarborough location is located at 4466 Sheppard Avenue East, Unit 105, Scarborough, ON. M1S 1V2 and Jump City Richmond Hill is located at 9325 Yonge Street, Unit 31, Richmond Hill, ON. L4C 0A8.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?2023-12-07T04:13:17-04:00

In the case of cancellations, please reach out to us over the phone or email with your original booking date, time, and Birthday package. Our staff will then send you a confirmation email canceling or rescheduling your event. Please note that if a deposit was paid, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to your rescheduled booking if it falls within a year. If this is a last minute Birthday cancellation and a cake has been ordered, please note that you could arrange to pick up your cake. We are able to keep your cake for only a few days. If you are unable to get your cake you will be required to pay additional for a cake for your next booking.

We are able to upgrade, but not downgrade your booked package. We suggest that if you are unsure of how many guests will attend that you book for the package you are most confident in. That way if you happen to have more guests than expected on the day of your event we can always upgrade the package for you.
