In the case of cancellations, please reach out to us over the phone or email with your original booking date, time, and Birthday package. Our staff will then send you a confirmation email canceling or rescheduling your event. Please note that if a deposit was paid, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to your rescheduled booking if it falls within a year. If this is a last minute Birthday cancellation and a cake has been ordered, please note that you could arrange to pick up your cake. We are able to keep your cake for only a few days. If you are unable to get your cake you will be required to pay additional for a cake for your next booking.
