Our Birthday packages are based on the number of kids you are inviting. Packages information can be found in store or on our website at Thejumpcity.ca under the “Pricing” page. Please note that when selecting a package, you can always upgrade but cannot downgrade. Once you have chosen the best suitable package for your child’s Birthday, you can reach out to us via phone, email, or in person to further discuss available dates and time slots. Each package comes with a private party room. Party room time slots are 2-3 hours depending on which package you have selected. Within these 2-3 hours, you will be given a party host who will set up the room with table covers, plates, napkins, and cutlery. She will also serve your pizzas, cake, and drinks, as well as clean up once your time slot is up. Please note that due to the fact that we may have parties booked before and after your event, time slots cannot be changed or extended. In order to secure a booking, In order to secure a booking, a deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to another date if for any reason you may need to reschedule. Once a booking has been made, you will receive a confirmation email along with your e-invitations, and food menu. Any additional changes can be done by responding to the confirmation email or contacting the store.
